He communicated well, gave us solid advice, kept us informed, and showed up precisely when expected with all the necessary equipment to do the job right. The entire crew was professional and pleasant. They were the A-Team, totally focused on a top-quality job from beginning to end. It was a big job but they worked efficiently every step of the way. What a refreshing experience for us as the customers!"
